The Zodiac Council is a talent-run English VTuber Group that represents the 12 Celestial Zodiac signs: Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces, Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, and Sagittarius.

Are you an Agency?
No! We are not an agency, and there are no plans to become one. This is just a fun indie-group, but we like things to look fancy.
Are you an adoption-style group? Or are designs given?
Both! The Zodiac Council will take on current zodiac-themed VTubers and their designs, as well as provide/help create new designs for members who don't have one. Any member that joins with their own established IP and decides to part ways with the group WILL KEEP their IP! What started as your IP prior will end as yours after.
What do you provide your members with?
We provide our members with some management, community/community building opportunities, and some streaming elements. Ready-to-stream models are not provided.
Which platform is preferred for streaming?
Our members can stream to either Twitch or YouTube, depending on their preference. Each month, when it is a member's turn for the group Council Stream, the stream will be hosted on their preferred platform.
What does it mean to be talent first?
By being talent-run, and talent-first, we listen to the members of our group and gather feedback, see how we can improve and make those improvements, and do what we can to help our members achieve their goals.
